PENDANT, ARMOR, COVER, DX100/DX200/FS100

Pendant Armor is the first mass produced, shock absorbing, chemical resistant case designed to protect industrial robotic teach pendants. Manufactured from Santoprene™, Pendant Armor guards from drops, spills, and extreme manufacturing conditions.

Pendant Armor enhances the teach pendant’s durability, functionality and ergonomics in your manufacturing environment, protecting valuable production time. We currently offer pendant, screen, feet, and cable protection for six different OEM’s.

A black, one-piece, conformal fitting, energy-absorbing frame for the Motoman DX100/200 teach pendant. Manufactured from Santoprene™ thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV); resistant to temperature extremes, chemical exposure and harsh environments. The frame is aggressively textured. A raised, protective ridge is featured along the top-edge of the bumper. Access to the compact-flash door and USB programming dock is preserved. A back-strap is incorporated to prevent separation of the bumper from the left and right sides of the pendant. Four non-slip foot covers and 1-cc of cyanoacrylate glue (tube) are packaged with each bumper. Foot covers prevent the pendant from sliding across dry surfaces.
